Boo AI is not a doctor, emergency service or substitute for professional medical advice. Avoid entering information that directly identifies you or your child unless it is necessary.

Boo AI conversations should be used for general informational support only. Call 999 in an emergency and contact an appropriate healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment or urgent concerns.

When you use a contact, feedback, complaint or data-rights form, we may collect:

We will not request more identity evidence than is reasonably necessary.
